We would like to let you know that we have decided to change the late/cancelation policy due to indiscreet act of cancellation. The late notice of cancelation caused discomfort to our loyal customers who always come on time and want to schedule on time. Also, to our technicians who work hard have to wait for more than an hour when no show of customer.
Starting today, credit card information is required when booking your appointment. If one is not provided, we will be unable to hold and confirm your appointment. Also, we ask for 24hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Clients who do not notify us before 24hours or simply do not show will be charged a fee of below. Clients who are late more than 15minutes for their appointment will automatically be canceled and charged a fee of below.
