APPOINTMENTS

-Appointments can be made during business hours by phone (516-918-9333), text (516-629-0641) and online.

-Credit card is required when booking an appointment. If one is not provided, we will be unable to hold and confirm your appointment.

-Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. 

-Clients who are late more than 15 minutes will be canceled automatically and charged a cancellation fee. 

-Eyelash extension take 60-90 minutes. Duration of procedure is different for all clients because of condition of lashes/extensions and number of extension pieces applied.  

-Please remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment. By not thoroughly removing your eye makeup, technician must use the allotted time on removing eye makeup instead of applying extensions.

 

Cancellation Policy

-For the courtesy of our technicians, and clients on a waiting list, we ask for 24-hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Clients who do not notify us or simply do not show will be charged a fee of below.

  • Lash extension and Skin care customers: 50% of the service booked.
  • Promotion customers: 100% of the promotion price
  • Tattoo customers: $100

 

SAFETY

-Our technicians use very sharp instruments and are very detail oriented and our work requires an extreme amount of concentration.

-For your safety as well as safety of your children, we do not allow anyone under the age of 12 in the salon.

-We love pets! But unfortunately, there are a lot of clients who are allergic to animals. For this reason, we cannot have any pets in the salon. We welcome all service animals in the salon.

 

COUPON/PROMOTION

-All promotions cannot be combined with other offers. If you have more than one coupon/promotion offer, we will apply whichever is greater for your service.

 

REFILLS

-We do not do refill service that were not done at Blooming Lash. No Exceptions

-You must get your eyelash extensions removed in order to receive a new set with us.

This is to avoid any complications from mixing different adhesives and materials from work done by other salons.

 

SERVICE SATISFACTION/REMOVAL

-Client satisfaction is most important to us. We want you to love the result and your experience at Blooming Lash, so we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

-In case of dissatisfaction from extensions falling out too quickly or any discomfort to your eyes, please contact us or stop by within 3 days and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

-Between 3-8 days, touch up will be $.50 per extension.

-However, if you change your mind about length and curl, and would like to remove the extensions, there will be a $30 removal fee.

-Though very rare, if you experience allergic reaction to our products, removal of extensions will be free of charge.

-If you are concerned about allergies, we can perform allergy test by applying 10 pieces of extensions each eye. ($35)

-If you are a returning client and would like to completely change length/curl, normal removal charge ($30) will be applied.

Payment Options

-We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We do not accept American Express.

GRATUITY

-Gratuity is not included in any of the services. Customary gratuity for a salon service is 20%, at your discretion.
